Ashurst Business Literature Prize
Award-winning journalist and author Peter Hartcher has another award to add to his collection – he has won the 2012 Ashurst Business Literature Prize from a shortlist of five titles for his book The Sweet Spot: How Australia made its own luck -and could now throw it all away.
Launched in 2004 by Ashurst (then Blake Dawson) and administered by the State Library of NSW. It is Australia’s largest and most significant award for business literature, with the winner recieving $30,000 in prize money. It was established to encourage the highest possible standards of literary commentary on Australian business and financial affairs.
