Australian Women Writers Challenge

The Australian Women Writers Challenge started in 2012 as one of the activities for the National Year of Reading, and the good news is, that the challenge is on again in 2013.

Anyone can sign up to take part in the challenge with 4 challenge levels:

  1. Stella – read 4 – review at least 3
  2. Miles – read 6 – review at least 4
  3. Franklin – read 10 – review at least 6
  4. Create you own challenge

Looking back through our blog I’ve read a few books from Aussie women writers this year: A Decline in Profits Miles of Course  by Sulari Gentill, Stage Fright by Marianne Delacourt,

I didn’t register for this years challenge, but I did read a few that fit the criteria, so I’ve just signed up and my reviews will go up here as I get through them next year.  If you’re interested there ‘s still time to register for the 2013 event and lots of other ways to get connected:

So, congratulations to Elizabeth Lhuede for creating the challenge and the amazing growth it has had this year – I’m looking forward to a great year of reading in 2013.
