Children’s Book Week

This year, the theme for The Children’s Book Council of Australia (CBCA) Children’s Book Week was ‘Read Across The Universe’, with tonnes of activities happening across Australia. The 2013 Children’s Book Week (17-23 August) is Australia’s longest running book festival with 68 years under its belt.

The CBCA has also released its shortlist for the Children’s Book of the Year Award, and the category winners, which were announced on the 17th August, are:
